  • *Waves* Hi

    Hi Everyone,

I'm presently new to Atkins and have just finished reading the Atkins Revolutions and ready to rock and roll!!. I am presently trying to loose weight in order to be selected for the Student Paramedic Sponsorship Program in Australia. I am studying a degree of Paramedical Science in the mean time. I blame all the weight gain on my previous job as a Mechatronics Engineer, longs hours, computers a career I really just did not enjoy which lead to a bad eating habits. Now that I have changed direction in life and pursuing a service to humanity the weight has started to melt away, ever so slowly.

They requirements to enter the Ambulance Service are a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 68 to 70KG according to my height. I am presently 95KG and hopefully I can achieve this BMI goal with Atkins and Keep it off and maintain sound health.

The reason why I choose Atkins is Scientifically it makes sense!! I have lots of questions and would like to wish everyone great success with their endeavors.

    Regards
