    Hi,


    I am officially starting this lifestyle today. I have been doing Atkins the wrong way but today I am starting this lifestyle the right way and doing everything according to the book.

    My wife and I agreed to weigh ourselves on the first Saturday of the month. So I will be back on here on August 1 to post my losses.
