Well, I was fairly successful on Atkins before and have visited this site on and off for some time. As of yesterday I am once again dedicated to changing my way of eating. There are many motivations, however the big one is a weight loss challenge at work. I am currently tied for 2nd place, with a loss of 5.70%. We have 7 weeks left, and I really want to make sure I win
. I am trying a traditional 14 day clean induction and will probably go ahead and start up the rungs and add a few things back in. Bread and sugar are my main "problem foods", so giving them up totally seems like a good plan. We'll see!
