Hello fellow Atkineers,
Alright so here's the deal, I've was highly involved in this thread about 2 years ago and through the help of so many wonderful people on here I was able to drop a lot of weight, then life/laziness kicked in. I had made it to the top of the mountain, I looked great new clothing lots of compliments etc etc etc. Well all that does something to the mind set, I started going out more now that I was embarrassed to be seen in public and soon there after my eating habits went out the door and slowly over time I returned to looking like the stay puff marshmallow man. (I know the visual in your head is funny). So I realized that i was packing on the pounds while it happened but I thought I can control this, by eating a little less of this and that..blah blah blah. I'm really good at convincing myself that I can do it all, and usually I'm right but not with this dreaded weight issue. So after months of procrastination I knew that time had come to get back on the ball and regain my place in that size 32 and finally get rid of these size 44 that I'm in now. So what the difference this time? attitude! and lesson learned about not getting to excited that you lose sight on how you got to where you got. If anyone needs help thats a newbie please feel free to buzz me, I know I'll be asking for tons of help down the stretch!!
Thanks for reading,
