          Thank you guys.. unfortunately I havent lost a thing in over a week.... even with my successful water drinking yesterday...it bums me out and makes me want to pop open a regular pepsi....but I wont.....

            Hi.
            Yes the body pauses. Just keep doing the diet by the book and it will start coming off again. That pause is SO normal and happens to most of us.

              Thank You Liv.. I understand.. I guess I am kind of angry about why its pausing the start of the 3rd week of my diet....But the doctor said I have to start taking water pills as the water is collecting around my lower legs... so I am hoping that will jump start it back....I am glad to be here.. I am enjoying thumbing thru the recipes...as well...
