    Me again.

The constipation is caused by the lack of fiber and that problem will probably be solved when you start eating your three cups of veggies (those members who don't know what I'm talking about, check this thread: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ing-guilt.html ). If you still have the problem, Dr. Atkins recommended flax meal, psyllium husks or wheat bran; you'll need to take these with a lot of water or they'll just make your "pipes" get even more stuck. Exercise also helps.

Sounds like you are doing good. Remember to eat plenty of vegetables. They help with constipation issues.
It is not going to help you do do this for a short term. You may lose again but as soon as you start eating those empty carbs it will come back again. You should think about a healthier life style where you balance the foods that you like with some healthy choices. And don't use all kind of excuses
Good luck. You can do it.
Remember we all pretty much see a stop after induction. It is a little stall we sometimes call P.I.S.S. (Post induction stall syndrome) Don't use it as excuse to go wild. Stick to the plan.

Don't consider this a summer diet until uni starts...if you can eat healthy during summer you can find a way to eat healthy during school also - no excuses.

I agree you need to eat more veggies -- this isn't a meat and cheese only way to eat. Check the acceptable food list again and find the veggies you enjoy (don't just eat salad, that's not good either!) try to eat at least 1 type of veggie from the "other" veg list.

Did you take your measurements before you started? Many times when you stop loosing your body is catching up and the inches are falling off. Good luck to you.

Hang in there! We are about the same stats. I just restarted and am back to 148 already. I love this WOE! I love having omelettes with all kinds of veggies in them and cheese, can put salsa over the top for a Spanish type also. I'm having pork steak with veggies tonight.

Vary your menu a bit so you don't get bored. A salad is really good with meat, cheese, veggies!

            You are doing great!!
