My name is Lisa, mother of 2, divorced, working fulltime. I am on day 12 of induction. Lost 10 pounds, then whammied myself with the low carb bars and sugar free candy. Gained 4 pounds back and today i was back to where i started with a 10 pound loss. I'm not going to do that again. Started to read posts after finding the board about a clean induction and i restarted that sunday. Saturday had to have been my TOM ( sorry guys), that day when you could eat a horse. Horse would be legal lol, i could eat a chocolate bar the size of a horse. As far as diets, I've done it all, i found the zone to be too complicated, and somersize to time oriented for my lifestyle. What brought me to adkins was my mom lost a whole person on it, when i was young. I took the quiz about being sugar intolerant. Above 50 you are intolerant. I scored 70. I have felt so much better and had abundant energy these last few weeks, and I have not had cravings but that one day. I hope to be hear for the "long haul" and beyond.

Thankyou everyone for making me feel very welcome. I got the book, I have read alot of it. I'm feeling great, some people at work have noticed my changes and have started doing this WOE with me. This will be a big help since we were partners in the mid afternoon snacking. LjLoner Insearchof Something Amazing
