  • Introducing myself

    Hello,
I am just starting. I have been injured for several years and my weight has gone from 140 to 297 in a very short time. I am 5’5” and retired civil servant of 30 years. I have had surgeries and more surgical procedures to go, to get better. I am getting better and feeling less pain. Pain takes so much energy to handle that now that I don’t need as much energy I am ready to take the pounds off. I am hoping to find kindred spirits here for my journey. I look for ideas, support and to help others and in doing so help myself. This is the first time I have tried something like this. I look forward to knowing you all. Thank you.

      Re: Introducing myself

Welcome Redragon. Hopefully this WOE will help you get more mobile before too long. Sorry about your pain. It is indeed fatiguing to battle pain 24/7 and it doesn't help your spirits much either. Hopefully this WOE will give you something positive on which to focus.

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
