  • Hi, I'm Manda.

    I'm 22 years old, I weigh about 175 and I'm 5'6" .

I've been battling to lose this weight for far too long, and I'd just like to get it off and keep it off.

Sadly, I'm a poor college student, and diets can be expensive. . . but atkins seems pretty cheap, and I love eggs SO we'll see ^.^

It's very nice to meet you all. I live in Orange County, CA . . . so if anyone is nearby and would like to go on weekly walks or something, let me know

Eggs, tuna, chicken are your friends. Cottage cheese is also a good alternative once you get to the dairy rung. It can be tough to do on a student budget, but it's not impossible.
