First went on the Atkins program after reading the book in the late seventies.
Late 90's I was found to be Diabetic type 2. Went from 255 to 185, and recovered a lot of glucose response.
Now I find out that my Doctor as been saying my glucose is good, but by who's idea? Having read Dr. Bernstien I know tight control will yeald a better longer life.
So I'm new on the Board, looking for good ways to cook low carb.
