I started Atkins today (been reading the book for the last two weeks and been lurking on the forum since a few days). Day one was fine and is almost over.
I am a canadian and I currently live in France. I want to lose weight because I love rock climbing with my husband, as well as hicking, but my weight prevents me from doing some of the harder, bigger challenges.
I never did any diet before because the all seems very unhealty. Atkins looks logical and based on facts. So I decided to go with this one to help me lose extra weight.
I would like to drop down to about 75 kilos (from about 111 kilos)
I have a few questions and will be back soon to seek answers.
