Thanks to the handful who gave me valuable advice on my first go-around. I weighed 425 lbs. on the first of this year and currently I weigh in at 360 lbs. I am quite happy with my progress but have slowed down and plan on starting again within the next few days. I will be on more often for any advice that anyone may have to give me and encouragement is always lovely. 60 pounds by the end of the year I know is possible.

Don’t compare what you lost or how you did “the last time” you may not loose the same as before – follow the plan the way it is written, exercise, drink plenty of pure water (64 ounces minimum daily – nothing added) and you’ll be on your way to loosing before you know it.
