  • I'm on day 4, too!

    Hi All:

Just a quick introduction: I'm lizzy b and looking forward to great success. I have to say this is the second time I've done induction. The first time, I had very little weight loss, but lost several inches. It is just how my body does things and I'm ok with this.

So glad to have found this forum. looking forward to using this for a tool, for sure.

    Cheers!
    Peace out! Lizzy B

Hi Lizzy and welcome to ADBB! Glad you took your inches measurements. I agree with you-size matters more than the scale. We have a lot of folks to help you along so pop in frequently and don't be shy about asking questions.

Re: having a blast while on induction? Yes!

Thanks everyone. Things are going strong and I appreciate the support. Haven't weighed myself yet this week as I do not want to know at this point, but feeling great with what I'm doing and that is good enough for me.
            Peace out! Lizzy B
