Hey all!
New to Atkins but not the "low carb" craze. Diagnosed with Gluten and Lactose intolerance about 4 months ago and haven't looked back since. I don't eat a lot of rice or potato bread, nor do I eat a lot of rice pasta. Actually, I have been eating clean (fruit, veggies...lots of veggies, proteins) for 4 months and lost 55lbs just not eating all the junk I was allergic to!! Now I just want to get down to my ideal weight and be healthy!!!!
