My bf recently started Atkins to drop a good deal of weight. I saw it working for him and it reminded me of the success I had with it a couple of years ago. So, I jumped on the bandwagon to drop some weight quickly (20 lbs, I think). It's sooo much easier now that I have a partner! Sort of fun even, since we can have conversations about all of the "rules". I'll mostly be searching through the recipe sections. The biggest issue I have with this diet is the boredom. I've stolen a couple of recipes off this forum already and it helps break up the chicken, steak, cheese cycle. Bleh.
