Hi my name is marcos and this is the second time i do atkins, BAck in 2004 I weight 379 I started atkins and lost 70 lbs in 3 months, Then I met my sons mother and got lazy and gave up on myself, After we broke up I feel into depression,ate all the time at all times Im a driver so all day long Im eating out so I gained all the weight back and more, Right now I am @ 390, I really want it to work this time, Im 29 years old andI have a son thats 3, I want to be here for a long time for him, Im hoping that this time and with you guys I can make it because it seems like everytime I try to get on atkins I only make it till week 3 and then I get tired of eating the same things every day, I am glad I found this place and I hope that one day I am able to put up before and after pictures here too.........

Hi Marcos! Good luck as you start again. Don't look at what you have done in the past but just look at what you CAN do now.
The forums are a great place for help and inspiration. There are also a lot of recipes and ideas for meals so that you don't get bored.

Welcome back Marcos! You can mix up your menu to not get bored, you just have to plan ahead of time and you're all set
Bring your induction-friendly snacks with you in your truck, that way you'll avoid the temptation of restaurant foods. It works for me so keep in touch and let us know how you're doing

Don’t compare what you lost or how you did “the last time” your body and lifestyle isn’t the same as last time – follow the plan the way it is written, exercise, drink plenty of pure water (64 ounces minimum daily – nothing added) and you’ll be on your way to loosing before you know it.
