  • I want to do it! And you can help!

    Hey Board,

I'm a repeat offender - have tried Atkins many times with success, but have always fallen off the wagon. Sticking to it long-term is my challenge - I keep straying, despite the many positive changes that come with Atkins as a way of life. I am missing the connection, the needed mindset that the rewards I reap are directly related to my lifelong commitment to this program.

I want this time to be the last time and have decided to rally the troops. Perhaps a support network beyond my mom will help me keep focus. So here goes! (boy, that was non-committal. gotta work on that 'driven to succeed' thing...)

        Glad you're here!

But let's cut to the chase ... YOU HAVE TO WANT IT! We can help you, but the bottom line is: you gotta make it work. And WORK is the key word!

It takes effort, determination, discipline, focus, and the realization that some foods are OFF LIMITS FOREVER. Daily exercise is essential, along with lots of water and supplements.

Atkins works but you gotta work it! We're here to encourage and support you and give you a kick in the pants if you need one! :hug

SO LET'S DO IT, EH??!! IF I CAN, YOU CAN! DO IT FOR YOU, DO IT FOR LIFE!

Welcome to the board! You can absolutely do this. The board is a great source of motivation and support, but as everyone else said the only one who CAN do it is you.

              Good luck.
