I have been doing the induction phase for almost 4 weeks. I noticed some significant weight loss(12 lbs.) early on in the induction phase, but things have been "stalled?" for over a week.
I am not taking measurements, but I can not walk by my scale without stepping on. I recently bought some ketone test strips, and after 3 days they still show no color change. This board has infinite information, glad I found you all!

Weight fluctuates from hour-to-hour and day-to-day - it is best to weigh at the same time of day, on the same scale each time.
