Im kinda hungry but not as much as I thought I would be. One day at a time. I worked out twice 
today since I had the time and what is very frustrating
is I didnt lose anything....ughhhh. But Im gonna keep trying...I need to do this for myself.

Good for you -- now that you know you the scale is moving try to stay off for a few days (or even until the end of your first week). Keep eating the correct foods, drinking pure water, exercising -- you're on your way!!!
