Hi everyone! I'm proud to announce that I am in the purple! I've been wrangling with the induction thing for a week or so, and I think I've finally got it down -- for now!
i want to lose about 30 lbs (goal weight 120), and I'm psyched to be on the ride
This diet is different than all those I've been on -- im definately not hungry. It rocks.
Also Im a type 1 diabetic, and this seems to really be helping my blood sugars
I re-joined the YMCA this morning, and Im setting a goal of doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 5X week, plus weights
