    Hi!
    Day 8 of induction

    Beginning 304.1 lbs
    Current 292.6 lbs
    loss 11.6 lbs
    Goal 185.0 lbs

    I am supprised, been real tired, very active tommy, don't always like the feeling






    Mini goal #1 - loose some weight- Met That Goal
    Mini goal #2 - 280 -
    Mini goal #3 - 265
    Mini goal #4 - 250-
    Mini goal #5 - 200-

    You're making great progress, keep it up! It's not easy I know but it gets much better and you'll continue to see results.

      Yes hang in there fellow Saskatchewanian. You're doing great. Diet changes can have some effects but it will sort itself out.
      Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

        Make sure you are drinking enough water, too. Dehydration can also lend itself to that tired, no energy feeling.

        When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.

          And I 'm Happier too... the progress is shocking .. but there are moments.. Thanks for the support

              Welcome to the Atkins Board.


              I hope you are drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and taking a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). The first few days are the hardest but after you get through them it is so much easier and delicious!

              Eat the foods on the acceptable food list and find delicious recipes here: just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with.

                That's a great start! As the others have said, make sure you're following the book - that should banish any fatigue and settle your stomach.
