I thought I had better introduce myself as I have been lurking now for 4 days!!!
I'm on day 4 of Induction and the scales said today that I have lost 7lbs! I started at 165 now down to 158, my goal is between 126 and 133.
I'm feeling ok, apart from very tired by about 8pm. Drinking about 4 litres of water a day and generally below 20g of carbs a day. I must admit I haven't done any exercise yet, but am going to the gym tomorrow and Sunday to get started on that side.
More about me, I'm a 31 year old female, married and we have a gorgeous little boy. My aim is to get to the weight I was when I got married 5 years ago. I'm now the heaviest I've been without being pregnant, so much for being a yummy mummy!!!
