Hi there. My name is Jennifer and I am new to Atkins. I am 29 years old, 5'2" and my starting weight is 166. I am on day 5 of my induction and hope to see some results soon.
Any helpful hints or words of encouragement would be great. I've never been any good at diets or exercise plans and my metabolism suddenly dropped this year, resulting in a 15 pound weight gain when I was already overweight, so this is going to be a long journey for me to return to the 105 pounds that I weighed before I had my son 8 years ago.
It is time to take control and finally do this, so I am ready to make it happen and stop making excuses.
