Hi All!
My husband and I started the 14 day induction today. We both have about 35 lbs to loose, and have a bit of a friendly competition thing going
I had a "mock danish" for breakfast and 2 pieces of bacon. It felt pretty decadent to not be eating my usual, "nonfat yogurt" (bleh)
For lunch I packed myself a salad, and some tuna salad to put onto, of course had to toss in a few more bacon crumbles
We are going to take a 2 mile brisk walk tonight to the park, play some frisbee with my dog and son. We are trying to keep the exercise part fun for now, and not feel it has to be intense, at least as we get used to this new lifestyle.
Anyhow. I already have been reading and learning lots on this board, and am very excited to soon fit into my "skinny" clothes!!
