[BECOMING FINE AGAIN]

Hi! My name is valencia hillman i am 23 and i am currently a college student at middle ga college. This is my first semester in the nursing program and i have gained so much weight. I hope i will have the support i need to stick with the atkins diet

Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and taking a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR).

Eat the foods on the acceptable food list and find delicious recipes here: just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with.

I am right there with you in a nursing program that has "helped" me be bad with my eating habits and gained some weight! I am sure you will love it here and get to your goal with the support!
