  • Chiloe's Back

    Hi, It's me Chiloe
    Yes, I'm still around.
Have been a little off track over the summer, up 10lbs, so back on track.
The great thing is that since losing the weight, I've become more active.
I joined a ladies dragon boat team and practiced once or twice a week since May and just finished up our last festival this past weekend.
I have now registered for a running clinic which starts at the end of October so my focus now is to be diligent again with Atkins and drop the 10 lbs. by the time my clinic starts.
Glad to be back on track and back on the boards. So much support here!!!
    Thanks
    Chiloe

        Re: Chiloe's Back

        Thanks ladies,
Yes dragon boat is fun. I love being out on the water.
It is hard work though and you have to work as a team.
Try it! You might like it!
