    Hi all! [Again]

    I started again] back in June time, stuck at it, but life got in the way - when my Grandmother moved in, I got ill, and things, it all went out of control and I started to lose sight of my Atkins journey. So I maintained some of the weight loss, but not all of it.

    Anyway, today has been a bad day. I had my fitness test for the Royal Navy, and failed. Now, part of the reason I lost track was because my beloved Grandma was diagnosed with cancer the Wednesday before last and taken into hospital - a week later, she was dead. So it has affected me - but I need to get on with my life, and failing today was a huge wake-up call that I need to get back on track.

    So I'm going back on Atkins, and this time I'm determined to succeed! I want to be 144lbs by my 18th birthday [next April], but I'm happy to just get started.

    Planning to be down to 140 lbs, so I can join the Royal Navy. And get running! 2.4km in 14 minutes is the aim. And wear a UK size 12, fitting all the clothes I've dreamed about wearing!

    So sorry to hear about your loss.

    We all have our wake up calls some how. Use the experience to make yourself stronger. Join in an post with all of us. It is a nice way to stay motivated.
