Hi everyone. I have been away for a little bit. I have managed to loose a few more pounds though so that's a good thing! Summer has been kinda rough. I hurt my back back in June so that has really slowed things down for me. But I'm still sticking to my plan! I know that I will always have to follow the Atkins WOL. I have been up and down the scale so many times I have learned that "junk" food makes you fat! Plain and simple. I also know that when I stick with my Atkins plan I loose weight, feel better both mentally and physically and guess what? I look better too! It took me a long long time to figure out this very simple thing. I hope to get to know everyone. I am looking forward to hearing all of your stories and hope to share in the joys that comes with following this WOE.
