    Hi From England

    Hi Everyone,

    Just to say I am new here and cant wait to make new friends while losing weight.

    I am a vegitarian and hope there will be lots of things I can eat without making myself feel weak and unhealthy.

    Welcome Yvie.

    As a vegetarian do you eat fish, eggs, poultry?
    You may have to do a few things different depending on what your protein sources is. But you should be able to do this fine (if you can eat some animal protein).

      I love eggs, cheese (and some fish) but Ive not had fish in ages.

      Thanks for the link I will pop in and have a look.

      I love exercise, especially working with weights. Doing the squats will keep my spirits up Im sure!

            So what are you planning for foods today?

              Im thinking a mushroom and pepper omlette with a garden salad .. I think I will be okay with that

              It's going to be a bit difficult for me to plan any meals until I know exactly what Im doing, Liv but I am quite good with cooking so I shouldnt get bored, I hope!
