I'm having some trouble right now. I was maintaining no problem, but my weight is creeping up. I've gone back on induction and I've been there for 3 weeks and my weight hasn't budged. I'm wondering if my body has gotten used to low carb. I never did lose weight very fast and right now I'm getting pretty frustrated
I think as far as I understand from people who made it there - maintaining is hard.
Probably an obvious question but have you reviewed the rules. I think bad habits sneak in sometimes and we do not even see them. Or perhaps there were things you could eat 6 years ago that just is not working for you any more.
Since you are getting older (relatively speaking ) maybe you have to watch calories more than you used to.
