hi, new here,I'm 60 years old who has worked nights for about 30 years now,I don't even remember whats it like to live in the daytime.been on and off diets most of my life.hope i can do this.

Just eat lots of really great food, drink lots of water and get some exercise - and whoosh, there goes the fat.

Hi and welcome --
After 30 years of nights your body knows the difference so your "morning" meal may be our "evening" meal ..... the plan works and is fairly simple to follow. The best thing you can do is buy the book (if you haven't already) and learn everything you can about the plan.
Many challenges start tomorrow, you may be interested in one or more of them - some are exercise challenges and some have nothing to do with exercise. It's a great way to meet people and learn to become accountable for your weight loss.
Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and take a multi-vitamin.
You'll find wonderful recipes here: just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with. Vary your meals so you don't get tired of eating the same thing over and over -- we have too many choices for that to happen.
