hello all!
Hi I'm Sarah, I'm 26 years old and I live in Toronto, Canada. This is my second time around with Atkins and I'm currently nearing the end of the two week induction. Glad to be here and good luck to everyone

Make sure you drink your water (I see you joined the October water challenge -- yea to you!!), exercise and eat a variety of foods so you don't get bored with your meals.
