Hi, I'm new to this website. This is my second time around that I do Atkins. I'm a week out of Induction. I lost 10lbs in induction. Now I keep fluctuating up and down between 2lbs. I know I shouldn't weight myself everyday but it's my only bad habit. I'm trying to break from it. It's nice to see everybody's thread and know that I'm not the only one having issues.

Yes that is so normal in the second week (or third for some) I guess if we were to write the book over this is something we should talk about. People need to know so they do not give up. Sounds like you have it under control.

Hi and welcome back to Atkins --
Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 oz of pure water daily, eat your veggies, exercise and make sure you eat a variety of foods so you don't get bored with your food choices.
