Well, this will be my second attemp at trying to reach my ultimate weight loss goals. The first time i joined ADBB i lost about 70lbs and was flying high. That was about a year ago. It took me about 3 months to lose it. I was working out for 2 hours a day and was a man on a mission. I have since gained back 30lbs of the 70lbs I had lost so no it's time for me to get back on the Atkins wagon. I have built some good muscle over the last 2 years so hopefully I'll be able to maintain all my muscle gains and strip off this ugly tire of fat I have gained back. I look forward to sharing what I have learned on my first trip and also learning new things from others on this Atkins journey. HAPPY LOW CARBING!!!
