    I stumbled upon this looking for a recipe for low-carb chili. I'm in an extended induction phase right now. Thanks for being here. Support's good!

    Low carb chili with beans would be OK when you moved up the rungs a bit. It is possible to make some without beans.
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

      Hello Soren. I make chili with meat and eggplant, celery and onion, too. It takes a bit different but it ups my veggies and fills me up without it being all protein.

        Here is an induction friendly chili (no beans - they aren't allowed until you get to the legume rung). I've made this a few times and have some in my freezer now -- it's real good.
