Here's what I do. You may want to do it differently. First, I eat the same foods but add 5 grams. That way I know that if I stop losing for 4 weeks, the grams of carb are the problem and I need to drop back down. Then if the number of grams isnt a problem I start adding in a food from that rung-one food over several days. If that doesnt cause cravings or stop me losing then I add another food from that rung, until I have added the foods that I am likely to use regularly. Once I have worked through that (it takes several weeks) I add 5 more and do it again with the next rung.
