Hi everybody. My name is Luke, I'm 24 and I've been foing the Atkins diet induction for about three weeks and have lost 17 lbs. This last weekend I failed...Miserably. I went out on friday, Had 10 too many drinks, which led to A hungover trip to the Pizza ranch the next morning
. Well, the rest of the weekend didn't get any better as I kinda gave up for saturday. I then continued to be not so carb conscious Sunday. Then Monday I went to a party and had about 25 beers. Then I had a couple cookie bars...

Well today I've been back to the Induction diet that I was on before this weekend. I Have been reading a lot of the posts on this site and find that this is the most informative place on the web for atkins dieters. (Sp? LOL). I am worried that since I have just basically stopped the diet for the weekend will I be able to achieve the same results I had before I stopped, or will it be much harder to lose the weight?
