Hi, My name is Ketan and I just joined this forum.
Today's my first day of induction, in fact I'm just about to go and make breakfast.
I'm currently about 316lbs and want to lose about 150lbs.

I look forward to getting to know the other members here.

      Welcome to the board, Ketan!

Be sure to read the book, (DANDR 2002 edition), and get some kind of exercise. And check out the Century Club for great support from people who have a lot of weight to lose.

      Good luck to you!
