    I found this board today and am blown away by the motivation factor! I have given myself the blog name "former self sabotager" to stop sabotaging myself every day. I will take a before pic when my husband gets home tonight and weigh myself in the morning, as my beginning (and highest ever) weight. I've lost 50 lbs. on Atkins in 2002/2003 before my wedding and I've gained 50+ back by making bad choices.

    I would suggest you take body measurements too. And if you haven't read the book since 2002/2003, it's a good idea to re-read it (we go by DANDR 2002).

    Try to understand why you are sabotaging yourself and devise some coping mechanisms. That will stop you from repeating the mistakes in the future.
