    Remember to drink plenty of water - plenty! You have the OK to do this diet from your doctor?
    Be careful with salt.
    Also don't do heavy protein - remember it is a high fat diet
    And otherwise just follow the book. We do the 2002 version here which you may not have done last time.

      Welcome back to Atkins, VanillaBean! And congrats on your new little one! They are such a blessing.

      I recommend that you talk to your doctor about doing Atkins. Dr. A. recommends having blood work done before you start and then again in a few months and, in your case, it would seem a very good idea.

      I wish you well on the diet. Keep us posted on your progress!
