    My name is Starlin and my lady friend is Sharon. We started this diet on October the 2nd. I am having more success than here, but she is very dedicated to sticking with the Atkins diet

    I'll try again...Hello, I am Starlin

    We began the diet on 2Oct09. We are very happy with the diet and I find that I am never hungry. My goal is to lose thirty pounds.

        Welcome to you both, Starlin and Sharon!

        Read all you can on the board, drink lots of water, read the book (DANDR 2002), get some exercise and you will both soon be looking awesome!

          Hey pretzelman and welcome to both of you. You guys always seem to have an easier time so tell your lady to hang in there, its not her--its the gender differential.

            Congratulations to both of you -- please let Sharon know she will loose her weight, just slower than you are --- it's just the way things are.
