Trying Atkins for the first time. I am in week 2 and lost 4 pounds so far and am going to stay in the induction phase for 10 weeks. (Good idea or bad idea??) May be hard to obtain but I would like to loose 40lbs in the 10 weeks but I realize the chances of loosing 4 lbs per week may not be reasonable. I am also exercising to burn some extra pounds. Anyone else had similar goals they met by staying in the induction phase?

- but losing slow is not a bad thing - you will have a better chance of keeping the weight off. And also if you start to incorporate more items you will also learn some skill as how to accomplish that.
