What is this? Breakfast? Did you check what's in the sausage?

    i kinda skip lunch,
Did you read rule #1 in the "Rules of Induction" (Chapter 11, DANDR 2002)?

It would be more useful if you would post the amounts and the net carbs for all the foods you are eating, not just "2 small pork steaks with bell pepper and mushrooms". What are you using to measure foods and count your net carbs?

Welcome. Make sure the book you have is the 2002 edition. Thats the reference used on this site. Other than tweaking your veggie amounts and double checking the sausages your foods look good, but as Georgina says it is best not to skip meals.

          Welcome to the Atkins Board.

Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and take a multi-vitamin. You shouldn't go more than 6 hours inbetween meals, so skipping lunch is not an option -- you need to eat and make sure you are getting your vegetables spread out throughout the day to keep your blood sugar stable. This will keep you from having cravings and overeating or eating things that you shouldn't be.

The recipe sites will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- check them out! Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - eat enough vegetables - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily.
Many of us use www.Fitday.com to track our food so we know what our carb totals are for the day. It's important you know what you are eating and how many carbs you are taking in each day.

Any and all questions can and will be answered - all you have to do is ask!! Good luck.
