this is my 3rd day. i weigh 200. i wanted to make sure im doing this right ,
so ill tell you what my diet consist of. 2 eggs and 5 sausage links. and this morning, i ate 2 hard boiled eggs and a raw bell pepper. with a little salt and pepper. i kinda skip lunch, and i eat 2 small pork steaks with bell pepper and mushroom. and 2 cups of green beans. i drink about 128 onces of water, daily. i went to the library and checked out the atkins book. its been pretty
helpful. i guess i just need conformation. thank you

Other than tweaking your veggie amounts and double checking the sausages your foods look good, but as Georgina says it is best not to skip meals.
