  • Hey everyone!

    Hello everybody! So, how's everyone going with diet?
    This is my first post here at this website.
    As you can see, i'm a brazilian guy, 19 years old, studying systems information in university and on atkins diet since november 9, 2008. So, almost a year.
    It's been so great each day on this diet. So wonderful.
    As most 'atkinsonians' know, when i started this diet, the difficult part was in the first or second week, but then it became more easy.
    In about six or seven months, i achieved my goal weight.
    By the way, i think we should start going through all available paths or roads to achieve this, so, it becomes more effective and durable.
    Another thing: it was written in my biography but i'll type here too.
    Before i started atkins diet, i listened to Dr. Kelly Howell brain sync audios, and a bit of Dr. Deepak Chopra audios too. Both helped me a lot in starting and maintaining the diet.
    That's it.
    Finally, I'm glad to be here learning each day more with you and sharing life experiences. If anyone would like my help, feel free to contact me.

    Nice to have you on the board. I was thinking of getting a 'hynosis' cd to help with losing weight. I do believe that one needs to mentally change their attitude towards food. I may look into the ones you found helpful. Congratulations on your weight loss.
