  • Back after success for more success

    Hello-
I'm back after keeping most of weight I'd lost off for a few years now. Have changed my diet and exercise habits long term.
As I would like to get in even better shape, my new goal is 35 lbs. off by year end, down to 198, a realistic final maintenance weight.
Induction starts today along with increased jogging and back into the gym.
Thanks everyone for a great bulletin board!

Thank you ladies. It's good to be back in touch.
First day of induction went well - no problem, ate well and did a few miles jogging and walking. Feel great. Early to bed. With the change in weather, joined a gym and will get over there in the morning. Really looking forward to the next several weeks and beyond.

Re: Back after success for more success

Glad you had a good day.

So as you may know having hung around here it is hard to come back. Not because you cannot lose but psychologially most people come back with a different mindset - some of that enthusiasm from round one is gone and therefor also some of the ability to stick with it. A second timer needs to make sure the mindset is there.
Another issue is that a certain laxness may have crept in. After a while you may have found that you could lose and eat XXX so you start induction eating XXX even though it is a rung 9 product and induction will not click in as it should and you get discouraged.

So make sure you are in control.
Anyways just my late night musings. See you tomorrow.
