Have never posted on any thread so not sure Im doing this whole introduction thing correctly. I am on my 4th day of Induction and have lost zero lbs. Was just searching looking for some insight into the whole induction thing etc. Am fairly convinced that I am just eating too many calories. Have been in Ketosis since the 48 hr mark but am seeing no weight loss register on the scale. I have only had one serving of caffeine each day- only in the am. and feel 99.9% certain I am not consuming hidden carbs as I am doing all my own food preparation. Have also had two servings per day of sweetner(in my tea) and also about to hit my TOM in my cycles. Thoughts? Insight? I have read all the input about caffeine and sweetners but seem to be WELL below the mark in those areas- just eating too much i suppose
