Hi Deloris, Do you have the 2002 book? Thats what we go by on this site. Be prepared for the first couple of days--your body will be having cravings and you may feel lousy until it passes. Hang in there becuase at the end of it you will be feeling fine.

Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.
