    Just started induction 10/16 at 306.7 joined the forum on 10/21 at 298. Induction is goin good i think so far. Im 20 years old, tired of the lifestle i was living and want to live the atkins way!!! My goal weight is 185lbs

    It looks as if you are doing great so far Keep up the good work! It is great that you have decided to take control of your eating at such a young age
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      Welcome to the Atkins Board.

      I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase. Get enough pure water in daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin.

        CAROLE, IM NOT SURE IF ITS THE 2002 VERSION...... I GOT DR. ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION with carb counter included in back. WHEN I FLIP THE PAGE THE COPYRIGHT DATE IS 2002 SO IDK IF THIS IS THE RIGHT ONE. IT DOESNT SAY 2002 ON THE FRONT PAGE THOUGH

              Mini goals
              199- out of 200's -
              190 - where I was one year ago -
              180 -
              170 -
              160 - first mini goal then onwards to:

              140 -
              130 - final goal - is it even possible?
