  • I'm Back

    After losing 18 pounds on my own very slowly, and then gaining almost 5 back very quickly I have come to realize that the only real diet plan for me that works is low-carb.

    I start Induction today, and my DH is behind me all the way, which is nice because he supports me and reminds me how great I did before and he reminds me that it gets easier as the days go on.

    I am hoping to atleast lose a few pounds by halloween because I bought a pretty cute Little Miss Muffet Costume today to wear to a couple parties...and while it looks good on me, I am hoping that a few pounds off it will look better.

    So let's do this!!

    So true. It always comes back faster than it goes.

      Welcome back! Kudos to you for hopping back on the wagon. It's really cool that you have a supportive husband. That truly makes a difference.
      I'm sure you'll enjoy wearing your Little Miss Muffet costume, come Halloween. Maybe you'll share some pics.

        I will post some pics.

        It does help to have his support, he is even going to let me join a gym, I would love to buy and eliptical but we don't have the $$ for that this close to christmas.

          Good! Don't be shy about going to the gym. The more you go the more comfortable it will feel. Just don't over do it at the beginning--build up slowly.
