Hi everyone!
I'm starting the AD again, but my concern was about losing muscle mass. I'm in PT right now trying to build muscle mass in my left leg as I prepare for possible knee replacement surgery in the near future.
I also know that I'm not eating enough veggies, so I'm interested in recipes.
I'm excited about being part of this group and look forward to making friends and finally losing a lot of wt.
Advice and tips are welcome!
